Is the machine mine?
Yes, if you buy it or finance it on a lease. ROBOSWISS sells the machine, commissions it and maintains it; we take no share of your sales and sign no siting agreement with the venue.
What are the three options?
Purchase, leasing and rental. The leasing is backed by Zürcher Kantonalbank, the group’s financing partner. Rental is taken by the month or by the season, to check a location before buying.
Why are prices not on the site?
Because they depend on the machine, the term, the number of units and the options. We would rather give an exact quote than a headline price. It goes out within one working day.
What are the machines’ technical specifications?
Footprint, power supply, capacity and service rate come from the manufacturer’s data sheets. They are not published here until those sheets are in hand: on this site, no product figure is written without its source.
Who restocks the machine?
You do. That is what separates this offer from a siting agreement: the product mix, the selling prices and the rounds are your decisions. The machine tells you when to set off by reporting its stock levels.
What do I have to declare in order to run a machine that hands out drinks?
Your activity, to the cantonal enforcement authority — art. 20 of the Foodstuffs and Utility Articles Ordinance (SR 817.02). Information letter 2017/4 of the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office says so for this exact case: operators of public drinks or food vending machines register in their canton of domicile. CaseBOX is not concerned.
And allergens, on a machine with no staff?
They have to be legible on the machine. For a non-prepacked foodstuff, art. 39 para. 2 of the Foodstuffs and Utility Articles Ordinance and the Foodstuffs Information Ordinance (SR 817.022.16) allow oral information only where a written notice says so and an informed person can give it — which a self-service machine cannot offer.
How does the customer pay?
By card, on all four machines. No coins, no notes: no till to empty, no cash collection, no coin mechanism to repair. Which card schemes are accepted depends on the terminal fitted to the machine.
Are all four machines available?
All four are built, and each one is shown on this site. The sequence published is CaseBOX’s own, stated on its housing. What is still missing lies elsewhere: the manufacturer’s data sheets — footprint, power supply, capacity, service rate — are not published here until they are in hand. Ask us for the one that interests you.
Do the machines carry CE marking?
No marking is announced on this site until the corresponding document is in hand. Conformity is verified before any commissioning, and the certificate is handed over with the machine.
Can I start with a single machine?
Yes. That is exactly what monthly rental is for: it lets you test a location and an audience before committing to a purchase or a fleet.
